The whole thing works great - the postures, composition, the coloring, Rodney with his huge blue eyes and oh, those clothes (getting flashbacks now :)

How did you draw/color this, on paper or on the computer?

I did the whole thing in Photoshop, and used a texture for kind of an old photo feel.
