I'm surprised by how quiet you all get on laundry days. I realize our supply problem is unfortunate, but getting out of your cells and socializing is important, if you're going to recover.
With that in mind, we're going to have an in-house competition this evening. We've got a chess set or two in the billiards room, here, and, after dinner, any patient on Level 1 who wants to can come down and play in a quick, makeshift tournament.
I've had an explanation of the basic rules posted there, and there'll even be a prize for the winner in the end. Just something extra to make your stay here more comfortable.
