Summary: Malik insisted Ezio visit Ciel for a reason Ezio is still unsure about.
When: NIGHT - not too long after the doors have unlocked.
Where: Cell 011.
Status: Closed; incomplete.
Malik's unexpected demand came out of nowhere, but Ezio supposed that it wasn't entirely unwelcome. Here, stalking quietly down the dark hallways, listening and watching and being generally aware, he could very briefly pretend that he was back in Italy, in his beloved Florence, hunting down those who had wronged him and his family ... though the style of the architecture easily destroyed that, as did the smell and the fact that he felt absolutely filthy through and through. A heavy bitterness weighed on his shoulders, and he scowled into the darkness as he moved.
Still, to get out and do something was to be active, and besides, he was fairly sure that he wouldn't be sent straight to his death by someone who believed him to be at least something of an ally. Eyes narrowed, he approached the door he'd been told to go to, wondering if he should knock first, or just go inside. He compromised by knocking sharply, waiting a split second, and then pushing the door open while not quite walking in.
When there was no immediate attack, only a small boy sitting in the room, he pushed the door open further and stood in the entryway.
"Are you Ciel?" he asked, still wary about the situation as a whole. He wasn't about to be tricked. Not that easily.
