The dossiers are NOT in-character knowledge to anyone except St. Edelweiss staff. The only information available to patients are their own diagnoses and stats given in the dossier in their room, their danger level, and cell information. Anything about any other patient has to be looked up in their room. No patient automatically knows the information of another, and nobody knows the staff information, as staff obviously has no dossiers in their rooms. Instead of having to dig back through applications, players are encouraged to use the dossier as a quick reference.

Characters with symptoms from drugs are encouraged to look them up in order to familiarize themselves with the positive effects as well as the negative. Characters that are undergoing special treatment (Electroshock, environmental conditioning, exposure therapy) will be notified via general announcement the day treatment is going to occur.

This page will be updated regularly, as treatment, symptoms, and roommates may vary by the cycle. Note that although you are given both Metric and Imperial measurements here, ICly, you would only see them in Metric. If your character isn't good with Metric... well, too bad, this is Switzerland.
