Well, I'll have my healing and water majutsu once I get my chip out. And, uh, if any Mazoku uses their majutsu too much, it could be potentially life-threatening. Is that what you mean by limits?

The healing part sounds like it'd come in handy, especially here! What can you do with the water? Ah, actually, just being able to summon clean water would be invaluable.

That's partly what I meant by limits. I was also wondering if there were any specific "rules" to magic, like if people could summon things, create stuff out of thin air, that sort of thing.

I'm sure it will, once I get this infuriating chip out. But the water... I can summon giant water dragons! (I guess you could say they come out of thin air...) I can make it rain too but I need the Mateki for that so I guess that doesn't count...

Well, since I'm the Maou, I can basically do whatever I want. At least, I think that's how it works... No one's ever mentioned any rules before.
