Most of you haven't heard, but I have 2 cats, both 14 years old. One of them passed away about 45 minutes ago

Aww...Yes my baby died laying in bed next to me, when I was going to take her in to end her suffering in the morning. She picked her time and place and the hard part about cats is they dont vocalize their suffering.

Burn a little stick of incense for her, have her in mind, think about why she was special to you, and you to her. We love our pets because of their unconditional love. They do not judge us, and are quick to forgive.

The vet who had the unfortunate duty of putting my cat down was a very very kindly man. But I understand what you mean and also offer huggles to poor steelwing :(
