Man i am so fucking sick of Nirvana, well i'm sick of them at the best of times but they're on tv 24/7 on any slightly alt music channel at the moment. Its the first time i've ever seen MTV2, Kerrang and Scuzz all playing the same artist at the same time more or less every time i flick between them. and what's with Pearl Jam not having huge numbers of fans?!? uhh -- sorry, but their tour last summer was PRETTY WELL sold out, maybe not sold out sold out across the board (I really don't have numbers for you), but pretty damn good.

bands can't stay huge forever, it's impossible. Plus Eddie Vedder is like, old. The point is that what they did in the past is still well received, recognized and (unfortunately :P) imitated.

oh, and the reason it's "such a big deal" is because there's still the whole "murder or suicide? depression or drugs?" discussions going on. All I know is Courtney Love is disgusting.

Well your definitely right with your first point, i really should watch less music tv. Its just i tend to leave it on in the background with the small hope that something new or interesting will be on .... and with this whole nirvana ass-kissing fest that’s going on, its even less likely i'll see something good ( ... )
