How are things going with you? I seem to remember reading you were working for PetroCan, how is that going?

Have you ever heard of a canadian company called ShawCor? If so are they a good employer? I applied for a job with them in Edmonton, though haven't heard back in a month so doubt it will come to anything.

hmm.. no clue. There are WAY too many "Energy Services" firms out West. Often they're so desperate for people they don't have time to actually HIRE them. It's a funny situation.

Yeah I'm working for Petro-Can, but not out West... still in the East (Montreal) It's a RIDICULOUS situation right now.

Unfortunately the english paper here is garbage (other refinery is in edmonton, not calgary) and all the more recent and detailed news is in French. But basically I live at work. It's ... interesting :)

So your goal is still to come to Canada then?

My last entry was 2004, so take that as a no but I have been doing some seriously random net browsing the last few hours and came across this! Hope you're well- I'm now an assistant statistician at work! Who'd have thunk it x
