Darkened eyes you'll see, there is no hope, no Savior in me

I made my trek to Hollywood to see Avenged Sevenfold with Smythe, RJ, and Thomas. Now, Hollywood has this image given to it by the media as a glamorous, beautiful place. Nuh uh. It's rundown and ghettofied. Thats right, I said ghettofied. What does "ghettofied" mean? Well, ghettofied means that there were bums, rundown buildings, and scarylookin people aplenty. Including bum's smoking joints, and wheel-less bikes chained to poles. We even saw Lucielle Ball's star on the walk of fame, sure it was cracked and dirty, but we saw it.

Anyways, at about 6:30 they started letting us in. The Henry Fonda is a really nice looking place on the inside. Well, we(Smythe, RJ, and Thomas) got up to the front and there we stood. The first band was HB Surround Sound, they were good. Their guitarist had this afro that kicked ass. It moved like it had a mind of its own.

The next bad was Halifax, I didn't like them. I didn't like My Chemical Romance was disappointing. They had sounded good on their album, but they lacked anything worth seeing live.

Then, the lights went down, the curtain went up, and the fog started rolling. And then Avenged took the stage. Its quite the experience if you ask me. But they played, and it was amazing. Those guys just have this essance about them. The real highlight of the night was when they played The Subconcious Art of Illusion. If you now the song, then you'll know why. I really wish I had updated about the show when I had gotten home so I could give more detail, but, I didn't. So you're just going to have to imagine how good of a time we had.

Sunday was hot, I don't like hot.

Yesterday was hot, and I had to work in the garage. That wasn't fun.

Today, is hot, and I have to mow the lawn. I'm not liking this heat and work wave.
