last night my mom told me that i said, "fuck" in front of my grandma when i was 2 years old. hahaha that is hilarious!! it came up because we were talking about when we need to start cleaning up our language around nels. he's not talking yet but if we wait until he can talk, it might be too late

My Dad's family is pretty open with language, they curse like sailors. My Mom's family, not so much. I was maybe 1.5 or 2 and at my Mom's Mom's house. Apparently I pushed the cat off the couch or something, and Grandma said "Paul, be nice to the kitty" and my reply was...

"Fuck the kitty"

I ruled!

i always forget about being appropriate with language around children. i'm sure i'm to blame for some of my cousins saying curse words.

i've been doing good at having more fun this year,too. or at least being in a better mood about things. :)

connor is getting to the stage where he repeats a lot of stuff so i have to watch my language too. i slip up a lot... but i've tried to replace "fuck" with "muff" or "fluff". hahaha.
