Bad Day

I got into my first car accident today. Bad Day. I hurt everywhere. I went to the doctors & I have a concussion. At least the nausea went away. I hate my life

Ya it was a pretty bad experience. Which led to a stressful day...which led to me not staying on plan, but today is a new day :-)
