Seriously, I looked that one up in the dictionary. The first it gives though is "member of an ethnic minority". Geez! But that's what I officially am, allochtonous, or allochtonously, whatever. Part of the ethnic minority. And I never knew

people just have to name everything... if you ask me, it's rubish... most of the people belong to an ethnic minority then. what am I? My whole family is German although my grandpa comes from a part that is Polish now and my grandma comes from a part that is Latvia now and my grandaunts are Dutch... hmmmmmmmmmmm just ignore people. it makes me sad that they still all just think in black and white!

I think you misunderstood this a little. It just was a bit strange that people with foreign parents are ethnic as well. I didn't know, but it doesn't make me feel any different, I don't feel dutch anyway.

What should I say, with German, Polish, Czeck (sp?), Mogolian ancestors? But it explains my urge to emigrate, it runs in the family - finally something that runs in my family that is actually good. Hurrah for me!
