I did the Spin A Thon today...totally kicked my ass. The person we were spinning in memory of was a spin teacher/trainer who lost her battle w/cancer. We have Japanese investors coming through our office on a monthly basis, looking to invest in our funds. As part of our job training, we really need to be taught how to address these people.
