I swear Mr Novbug told me about Rotisserie Chicken Guy when he was in the throes of his task, but alas, my old man doesn't remember it.

Also, at one time about 20 years ago, my dad was heavily into going to steam shows and tractors shows, to an extent that he could find one to attend somewhere every weekend within a comfortable drive of south Suffolk, for the best part of the middle six months of the year. This all changed when he got his 22 foot motor cruiser and started pootling around the southern section of the Norfolk Broads in about 2005. So he's probably part of the problem when it comes to reduced attendances.

Dad is very much a man of fads/phases. The boat phase is almost 20 years strong, though.

There's been at least one remake of the night stalker. I do like the latest one.
