Where to begin...I think my problem was that I was basking in the afterglow of the Madonna concerts that I went to and then I just got wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am busy. My parents' ranch in Nevada, my brother's bachelor party in Palm Springs, my dearest friends' (Lara and David) wedding in Colorado, and again to the ranch
