Actually, after watching as much Food Network as I have, Caviar on eggs doesn't sound all that weird. Also, I always put a little milk in my scrambled eggs. They scramble better that way. Alton Brown puts a little water in his, but I think milk tastes better.

The milk in the eggs didn't really weird me out so much... It's more that it's something I'd never seen, but I guess it isn't so foreign a concept as caviar on eggs. But maybe I'm just not swanky like the Food Network is.

Champagne in orange juice is called a mimosa. Fancy ladies like my grandmother's friends drink it at brunch.

It's also a good way to use up last night's champagne....

I was never one to know what actually went into drinks... but it did strike me as a fancy people kinda drink.. but maybe that's because it went with the caviar and scrambled eggs on tv. Well that, and they drank it in champagne glasses, and I'm still used to that whole Solo cup thing for mixed drinks.
