I can't believe you are not panicked!! Australia is in grave danger of losing The Ashes!! They batted horribly today. I am distressed. Edward is gloating. What horrors! :(
I honestly haven't watched a lot of The Ashes, mainly because it starts at about 7:30pm and goes til about 4am or so. I'm either at work or in bed when it's on =P But I can't believe how badly the Aussie's are playing. Right now they're 6 for 280, and 21 ahead, so hopefully they can either put on at least another 200 runs and then bowl/field really well.
Here, it starts about 5 a.m. or so. I know Edward either watches the early part, or tapes it off satellite. Edward's brother is a member at Old Trafford, so he and Lauren got to watch some of the Third Test from the members area. Lauren told me that she didn't understand the game, but they had good food and drink. *lol* Edward sent me a clucking e-mail last night after England won the Fourth Test by three wickets. He said that, to gain a tie, Australia has to win at The Oval, where they have never played very well. I bet the Limeys are all enjoying this.
You go to bed by 7:30 p.m.? What is up with that? If you aren't watching telly, at least drop down to the local and pick up on a cute lad or two.
