I don't watch the show all that much, but over the last few nights I've had it on in the background and I have no idea who the guy that's in the hospital bed (in a coma maybe?) and the guy who does his little "I'm an evil guy" talk every now and then are, or where they came from. I gather there's some connection to Paul. Is the guy in the bed

I watched Neighbours today for the first time in a week or so, but I am assuming that that guy is Pauls son, and maybe they are twins (the guy in the hospital and him) and he is impersenating the one in hospital to get even over something.

yeah - I haven't seen these eps yet obviously but from what I've heard Paul has twin sons, one good and one evil (lol) and the evil one who hates Paul pretends to be the good one so he can enact some sort of revenge on his father.
