Marv is tall, chunky, pasty and dressed entirely in black shapeless clothing. Black shoes, black pants, floppy black t-shirt. bloomfield hills, it's adorable. they only show indie films and artsy ones. half of the theater is in an old bank, you wait in line under what used to be a covered ATM drive-thru and buy your tickets from a 'teller' behind a little window.

we should go catch a flick there sometime :) oh, and i've been looking for someone to see memoirs of a geisha with me, want to come?

i tried to get a user icon! i don't know how! i tried, and it told me i exceed the max. maybe i should take that as a compliment. and i would LOVE to see memoirs with you. How about wednesday night? yes yoga monday. i'll be there early b/c i need to run like 3 miles.

Oh my God, the first thing I thought of when you were telling this guitar teacher story is about the midget guitar teacherin Me Talk Pretty One Day. That's the picture I have in my head now. :)

i received it yesterday! thanks for the prizes --- i didn't know that red thingie opened up into a lantern, i just kept looking at it all weird while it was flat and wondering what it was, and then my mom came over and pulled it open, i felt like a dumbass.

but thanks! also, i have prizes for you that have been sitting around for awhile, and i couldn't quite read the return address... is that UC City Way NE, or LIC City Way, or LK City Way? i'm all confused~
