So I have decided I need to go to Seattle to see this because I am a dork and it looks awesome and I've never been to Seattle, so double win. Second weekend in August. Anyone else want to come? I haven't seen noodles_consort in ages so I'm thinking a reunion is in order!

I'm going to be in Vegas/LA until the 4th or 5th or so and then have to drive home all alone, but I'm sure I can make it to Seattle for the weekend.

Hey! It would be a lot of fun to see you. It's been forever!

Are you set on that weekend (august 8/9 though? It's Rik's last weekend with me and I want to spend it with him. If you come the weekend after 15/16 or even the 22/23, either would be much better. Then you can crash on the futon and we can go exploring. But with Rik here my apartment is a little small and I don't think I could house more people and I could only really meet up for dinner one night.

But yeah a seattle trip should be in order.

When does Rik leave? I'm cool with getting a hotel if I need to, but it would be better if I can spend time with you and go exploring! The last day of the exhibit is the 16th, so I could do that weekend instead, but was planning on staying a few extra days (like Friday to Tuesday or something like that) so I could see more Seattle places.

Rik leaves on the 10th and I'm kind of attached to him and honestly don't want to have to split my time too much that weekend.

If you come the weekend of the 15/16 you are welcome to stay at my place for a couple of days while you are visiting. I can totally do the touristy thing with you while I'm not working and give you a list of cool places to visit while I am. It would definitely work better and be more fun that way because we can actually hang out.

I will try to plan around that then, because I wouldn't want to interrupt your last days with Rik!

My friend Jack might come too, so I'll check with him on dates, but he has relatives there and doesn't need a place to stay or anything.

I'm excited to see you and your city!
