[Here You Go :)]Walking up the stairs to their New York apartment was exhausting. Hell, bein' honest with himself, he's been exhausted so often these days.Of course, being pregnant would do that to you, he thinks briefly to himself. He thinks back to when he first found out about his pregnancy. It shocked the hell outta him. He was lucky enough to be with Rachel at the apartment she shared with Puck [yeah, wasn't that shocker] when he took the pregnancy test. He hadn't even come close to telling Kurt yet, didn't know how to begin telling him that he was pregnant.

Opening the door, Blaine was anticipating getting into his bed and relaxing for the weekend. He had plans with Puck and Rachel on Sunday, after promising to tell Kurt on Saturday that he was pregnant.Entering his apartment, he was surprised to see candles spread throughout, and a note on the table. He picked it up carefully, a smile on his face as he read through it.
