Here's a tip for you all which should help out the next time you have to call a customer service line for any reason. When the customer service representative asks "How can I help today?" the statement "Hi, I'm not sure if I've reached the right line, but hopefully you can help me," is a waste of the CSR's time and yours. lol I totally did that a couple of weeks ago when I had to call my bank over the fact that my new credit card had mysteriously disappeared in the post ;P

Yeah, most people are guilty of it... it's not that I don't understand pressing 0 to get ahold of someone when you're not sure what option to pick, it's just that hearing that same phrase over and over again when you're just trying to plow through the calls gets so old I can't even tell you. Doesn't hurt that I was born without patience, so I'm sitting there listen to someone explain how they have no idea what they're doing on this phone line when that's precious time I could be using to help them and move onto the next issue.

I like this workplace, but I am not made for customer service... lol

Yep, I'm an offender, too. Which is more to do with the fact that if there isn't a 'press # for other inquiries' or something, and you know your question doesn't fit into a previously listed category, you kinda feel crappy for having to pick whatever best fit option there was. ;P

Haha, I understand where you're coming from, but I promise, I only use that line when there ISN'T a 'press 0 for any other questions'!!
