My phone has been disconnected because of an unpaid bill. My mom probably doesn't even know, but there's no way to tell her about it. I would call her work number from the house phone, except the house phone stopped working months ago and my mom never fixed it. So I have absolutely no way of contacting anybody, other than online. Have you signed up for Skype? I know you get a free 10 minute phone call the first time you sign up, that might be enough time to give your mom a ring and let her know what's going on.

I think I have it sorted now, but thanks for the tip, I'll keep that in mind if this happens again. Which is likely since this is the second time it has.
