A while ago, someone posted a song by Sufjan Stevens called "John Wayne Gacy Jr." I thought it was a weird title for a song, especially one so haunting and beautiful, but it wasn't until last night when I was watching Biography with my mum that I found out who he really is

I had NO IDEA you did not know who Gacy was. Bloody hell.

It was made into a TV movie, and not a bad one if I remember, starring Brian Dennehy as Gacy and I only remember that because he was utterly, charmingly, fucking terrifying. I adore Dennehy so it was doubly disturbing to see him in a role like that.

Gacy is like Bundy -- intriguing, evil, and yes, tragic.
