so, for the past 2300 years or so (give or take a century or two) humans have been attempting to define "reality", whether they have realized it or not. From duality, to materialists, to crackpots like Berkeley who thinks "we're all just in the imagination of god", again and again man has tried to define what "reality" (ie. the world we live in)
