I'm completely with readingrat.( Maybe she can just post for me) House has already gone over to,"this". The PDA, the, “So do you.” He ducked his head shyly and fidgeted with his phone. AND the fuck me shirt.

Taub was a complete surprise to me. Maybe not to House. The stroking of finger nails. House was playing Taub.

I wonder what April, “Every time I threaten a person, that person gets all shocked and incredulous." has on Taub :))

Aahh, Summer school, Winter school, flunking second grade math. :/

Loving it

Great dialogue; too many gems to mention but I especially liked this one; "...anyway; you’d carry a grudge until it died and then stuff and mount it on your living room wall."

Stacy had a very good handle on House, pre-Cuddy, but post-Cuddy House is a little disconcerting for her.

Thanks for reviewing.

Now I love Fizzou even more! (and FSU could've used his help this weekend, grumble grumble) He's either remarkably well-schooled, or just owns lots of collegiate t-shirts.

My favorite line is Rachel's "What is this? Pronoun day?" She's a (less damaged) chip off the old blocks. I hope her old maternal block shows up, maybe as a surprise for Thanksgiving. That should enliven the party, especially if Stacy is anywhere near. While I can't imagine House cheating (at least the House we knew at the end of the previous Shark-verse story - who knows what's gone on since), if there were anyone he'd cheat with, it would be Stacy. And even if Little Greg is staying where he belongs, if it was my husband having dinners/lunches/phone calls/kisses with his Ex (while I was out of town)...ummm, No. Not So Good. But I still trust you! LOL
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. And thank you again for the marvelous Shark-verse you've given us. :)

Been reading along, as a lurker, and I have to say, you have got the voices DOWN. I could hear Stacy saying every line. It is almost like watching a movie to read this.

Heck, if House wasn't giving us the impression of doing something wrong, wouldn't there be something missing from the story...like, say, conflict?

There's conflict, and there's conflict. And then there's House, who fights with himself as much as he fights with other people.

Thanks -- I'm working on the final sections now.

Sorry, I might be misunderstood. I was disagreeing with those who thought House shouldn't be doing something "wrong." Without that, any story is missing an essential element--conflict. It was a theoretical point. Your story has PLENTY. :)

No, I got it the first time.

I mentioned a complaint someone had once about "not liking what House did" in one of my stories, to someone who's watched the series but is not obsessed with it. Their response was, "didn't like what House did? Does anyone ever like anything House does -- other than treat diseases?"

Even my fluff has angst in it. I am okay with this.
