Hello there, dear, it's really good to see you back. I hope that your world uprights itself soon and wish you the best. You'll always have our support.
Baseball metaphors! Those always make me giggle. And that bit about Wilson's need for Kristen's friends to like him vs. House's complete disinterest in whether anybody likes him is really one of the most fascinating things about their friendship.
No excuses needed, stenveny; just relieved to know you are ok. Best wishes for your recovery. No need to worry about writing form though! Everything is as it should be in your House-world. Lovely to have you back.
This was the most WONDERFUL way of starting my day! A total joy to have another chapter of this story...and of course so many, many wonderful elements.
So much that was so very funny: I chortled at the 'pond scum', and Chase's dislike of baseball metaphors, and Foreman's confusion over April's crankiness.
And I dissolved into a puddle of warm feelings at the scene with Rachel in House's office, and the image of Cuddy at the parent-teacher meeting, and House sending her out for drinks with Kirsten to recover subsequently.
But the last scene, between House and Cuddy, is an absolute jewel, with so much vulnerability, and gratitude, and love. Thank you for sharing that moment

I love Miss July and I love baseball metaphors so it was doubly great to have her lead us that hilariously frank account of her love life.
And as always the House/Rachel and House/Cuddy scenes were touching and true to character.
Thank you for continuing this story.
