I mean, no romantic/sexual relationships among the main characters, and no OCs (or canon characters written so far OOC that they seem to be completely new people) parachuting into House's life and rescuing him from Cuddy and/or Wilson or saving him from a lifetime of loneliness and misery. Something with a plot, at least
