Hurt

It hurts

The pain I feel

It doesn't ever seem to heal

I need you here

To disguise my fear

You're so close and yet so far away

I just wish you were hear to stay

in my heart...

in my soul...

in my mind...

in my life...

I know I can't live without you

yet I run the other way

I know I can turn to you in times of

from one fellow poet to another: In my personal opinion, that was very well done. I love the flow of words and how they come alive. Especially if this was a way to vent how you feel, it is very good. Hopefully, we all will be able to see more amazing works by the one and only Stephy. Good job!

It was nice to vent how feel. Although, I don't know how much more i'll be writing because i'm pretty bad if there is no inspiration.

That's one thing that is difficult about being a writer, especially a poet. A lot of times, inspiration is hard to come by. Some things to look at for inspiration are friends, family, faith, and just emotions. I'm sure you'll be able to come up with something after this. You've got the talent and creativity. Just listen to your heart, and the words will just flow through.

It's just that this wasn't about being a writer...I just couldn't find another way to say it. I don't want inspiration. Like the poem says, it hurts.
