Still don't really know much about him personally other than he cracks me up on his twitter @casparzafer, he was born on 26th Oct 1974 and his father is Ukranian.

I absolutely adore the Originals, and I'm so sad that this piece of Mikaelson family eye candy is gone forever. I knew it was inevitable, ever since Finn came out of the coffin that had been his home for 9 centuries and had a death wish by agreeing to be his mothers sacrifice.
Fuck you Matt Frakkin Donovan and your Wickery Bridge Ancient Oak Sappling stake.
What is also sad that since he has died, his sired bloodline has also been destroyed and so no-one is really left to seek revenge for his death (after all the love of his eternal life died within an hour of him).
Finn's morals and hatred of what he and his siblings had done to humanity was sweet, and for that I think he does deserve some love.
Gah, I wish we had more time with his character because I feel there is so much that could have been explored (OK, I know it would not serve the overall TVD plot at all; but FFS Plec and co should give us an Original's spin off). Finn tried tequila in this episode- the dude needed to try kiddy board games, skateboarding, white water rafting, skydiving and banana dick lick (come on the dude is 1000 years old, even if he's been locked up in a box for 900 years with a dagger in his heart that still means he's got about 4 times more experience with a woman compared to other men of his "age").
