Decided to use my time on this earth more constructively. Each weekend I would like to do volunteering for something to do with art. I'm running a workshop in semiotics and textiles on the 28th September at a festival in Bexley. Spoke to the V&A who want me to go through the formal application process, so I'll see how that goes. It's cold again, and I realised that I should have gone to a&e a year ago to fix my hand that I broke. It's got what I imagine to be arthritis and I find it difficult to type, write, eat with a fork and do anything artistic. It's my left and and I'm left handed. Life's alright and pretty normal.

For the past couple of nights I've had upsetting dreams. I don't know why but I've woken up in the night thinking of illness/death in my family and have heard myself sobbing.
