i didn't realize you were a fiber arts major. what career are you thinking about? i'm trying to decide between graphic design and art education K-12. idealy i would like to be an art teacher that does freelance publication design.

i actually don't know. i was fashion design, until i decided i liked fibers better. i just really like learning all the different techniques. you should look into art education. it's a separate major here. it would basically combine your two choices.

i think i can go for art with an education emphasis and minor in graphic design, then return for an education certificate. if you have anything for a portfolio i'd like to see the types of projects you do. i've always been interested in that but not sure how to apply it outside of crafts.

i actually need to work on taking pictures of some stuff this week. i'm supposed to give a presentation at the high school in my hometown sometime this semester. i'll put some pictures up here or email some stuff to you once i take pictures.
