I was invited to write an article for the Fall issue of Wise Traditions (newsletter for the Weston A. Price Foundation) about my experience in cooking for the kids at Sequoia Academy. I submitted the article on Monday and am really excited about it. Wise Traditions tends to be very scientific. My article is more practical than scientific, but

Science is near pointless if it is not practical. I tried to make my research as practical as possible. And it's these kinds of documentations that serve as good bases for more specific and more formalized scientific inquiry. I look forward to hearing how it turns out.
