The idea that people might think I was attempting to hold onto the last threads of Idol fame a tiny bit longer was one of the reasons I stayed back in Montreal. It was very nice seeing you, I have to admit I was surprised at first because I thought I might be the only non-finalist with such an idea. I hope to see you again soon, though.
