They say that we're just average, normal Canadian kids. Young people who live in your town, attend school or work in your neighbourhood, shop where you shop, drink coffee next to you at Tim Horton's, argue over who has the best chances of bringing home Lord Stanley's cup this coming season ( Read more... )

I'm sorry, I don't know why but this part or someone with a notebook or a really good memory -- or imagination made me giggle. A lot.

They didn't brainwash me. It was just fun trying to invade! I especially liked the potato masher/whisk defence line *giggles*

I will be largely forgotten. They will not. Ever.

This is more untrue than you know, Stephane. A member of the top thirty two can make it as far or farther than one of the top ten. Take our season, for example. Anna Cyzon, a girl who was in my group of eight, is now a correspondent alongside Ben on Etalk. I haven't heard a single thing about or from two of the top ten contestants since September.

And I guess you've brought another lesson to this year's idols. To be prudent and cautious when you're in public, because you never know where the cameras are lurking. An Etalk segment in which I bought coffee from Timothy's and walked down Queen St. was enough to teach me that. Beware, kids.

you guys still have to find out some of the secrets to the theatre. attempting to invade what was once ours was actually pretty fun (although, i still think you guys are hiding something). it's interesting how we all get along.

i have a feeling that both you and diego fall into the "gone, but not forgotten" categrory. you don't have to make the top ten to be remembered.

I never really understood that bond we are sharing, except for the fact that I want to hold each and everyone of you because I'm reliving each week the sort of stress I went through last year and know that it's not so easy. Despite all that, though...

...we're not alone. It sounds awfully familiar in these particular circumstances.
