Oh, YES to Terry Pratchett! And I need to read more Seanan McGuire/Mira Grant. I really liked Indexing, and I thought that Every Heart a Doorway was beautiful.

I love hearing that! :) I can't even tell you how many times I re-read it when I was a teen. I thought it was speaking STRAIGHT TO ME. <3!

I have been thinking about you so much these past few days!
I read Harry Potter and Tiffany Aching and Robin McKinley (Beauty and Rose Daughter most) so often for comfort. But so many on your list are beloved re-reads, too - Ballet Shoes and the Five Gods. Some of these I've read only once and should re-read, like The Goblin Emperor and Soulless. And as this is the second time in my blog reading today that Karen Lord has come up, I expect I need to add her to my want-ti-read list.

I LOVE Karen Lord's The Best of All Possible Worlds! I highly, highly recommend it.

And oh yes the Tiffany Aching books are wonderful!
