Congratulations!

My copy just arrived today and I can't wait to get it home! (Originally, Amazon in the US had a kindle version for sale, so I quietly preordered it, but then on the day it released in the UK, they just as quietly canceled it on me. So I ordered the non-kindle book from Amazon in the UK and it just arrived!)
