Whew. Over the last two weeks, every single person in our house (including visiting relatives!) has been knocked down one by one, like dominoes, by a nasty feverish cold. I was the last one, and I'm finally getting to the end of it now (albeit with a veeery croaky voice - I REALLY hope that's all better by the time I talk to 500 students in

So sorry you've been having cruddy colds. There seem to be some very nasty ones around. I've had it twice (or possibly just had a relapse half way through) and been under par since New Year.

But on the other hand, such wonderful news about 'Dragon'. I'm going to be visiting my local independent bookshop to ask for a copy, tomorrow.

Thank you so much for the empathy, Marjorie! This is my second cold of 2017 too. Horrible! I hope all of the bugs that have been going round will ease off as the weather warms up.
