America is messed up: 18 is too old to make any sense as the age of consent.
It's 14 in Canada.

Well if you think about it, sometimes 18 year olds aren't in any position to "consent". It all comes down to how mature you are.
The way he left me was fucked up though, albeit I've come to realize why he did it like that.
Wanna know what's even funny? Three years after the incident, my mom cajoled me into talking to the cops.
The detective who was interviewing me took a look at me and said: "Well? Did you like it?"
"Uhh...yeah....?" I responded.
"So then...what's the problem?" he retorted.
Wasn't much I could say, so I left the office. My mom was waiting outside.
When we came back to Manhattan on the Staten Island Ferry, we found out the World Trade Center garage had been blown up. Oh the irony. *eyerolls*

You could always hire one of those dectective typ places who will track down long lost friends and such if you have a first and last name.
