Sometimes it feels that you have more free time when you, in essence, have less. The less free time you have...the more you value it!!

I found this out after I graduated college.

When I was in school...I had a full time job, an internship, and took a 17 credit hour course load...and I felt like I did SO much more in my free time (the little that I did have).

Now that I'm in the "real world", where I only work 10-7 M-F, I feel like I go home and do NOTHING...and time just whizzes by:(

i haven't seen a post from you in a LONG time. I have a question about the bright futures scholarship. since no one at valencia seems to have a brain, I figured I'd go to you:) I have the scholarhsip, it's paying 100% of my tuition...but I'm seeing that it says that the expected cost of my spring classes is $1400. my classes actually only total $460 though...does this mean I get that money that isn't used? give me some answers!

nope. they never give YOU any money, they strictly pay for tuition.

since we both go to FL community colleges, it should be the same for both of us. what i do every year is register for classes. after that, they show me a fee statement saying how much the classes cost and how much i owe. then in a day or two the bright future scholarship money gets applied to the fee statement and i end up owing like $30 (which is the cost of the classes "enterance fee" which bright futures doesn't pay for.. stupid, i know)

if you have any more specific questions, call 1-888-827-2004. If you have to leave a message, they're pretty good with calling back.
