hmmm now i would think you have os corruption, but not on all four items at the same time. that's weird. but it can happen. but it could be something to do with the router itself. have you tried to update the router's firmware? and you said the old router is having the issues? perhaps it's time to just use the new one. reloading may fix the issue and if so it was corruption in the os.

sorry i didn't see this till now. i hope it rectifies soon.

Well, the laptop is now back to factory settings, and the fun is attempting to recover the software. See, Dell apparently won't let you recover anything from your disks. This means I'm kinda fucked.

which software? they should give you the original load of software, if you bought something from them they either have to give it to you or provide you the disks since you own it.
