Broke my three weeks of no b/p yesterday. Not that I hadn't purged (and I hadn't very much), but I hadn't binged and purge in all that time. It was a record. So, I'm disappointed. The thing is, it's hard not to want to eat and eat when you wake up smelling bacon. And you walk into the kitchen and there's eggs and biscuits and gravy. WTF
