First off, oh THANK YOU! I missed X-Men fandom the first go-around (I was on hiatus from comics). These older gems are just what I was hoping for.

But I also wanted to ask if you've seen echelonslostangel's Charles/Erik vid Happy Ending? You really, really should, and goodness knows I wish the vidder would remaster the vid. It's just that astonishingly good.

Cool! I'd been enjoying all the XMFC stuff for a while and then, I don't know what it was but I got a sudden weird sort of craving Erik/Charles with a different feel to it, more like the first movies. I wasn't in the fandom back then -- I enjoyed the movies and saw the potential in Erik/Charles, just... you know, never looked into it. But XMFC made me curious so I went digging back through older comms and lo and behold, there was some really wonderful fic. I thought I should bump it all back up to people's attention again.

Of course, there's also quite a few more recent fics on this list too that are also excellent.

I hadn't seen that vid! It's wonderful! I feel like there are so many awesome E/C vids, I don't know if I'll ever see them all, lol. Thank you for bringing that one to my attention!
