What did you think of House of Leaves?

I really liked it . . . not entirely 100% satisfied with the origin of the beast, so to speak, but the ride was so wonderfully troubling and detail-oriented in a way my film study days could very much appreciate. Some of the formatting felt gimmicky but I was A-OK with that. It worked.
