we all know that there are trigger words that gain out attention and set an emotional (chemical) response in the body.

one of my trigger words, i just realized, is "oatmeal."

That's because you're a silly vegan. It's kind of like last year, when someone asked you what you think of when you hear the word "moist," you replied, "Pound cake." Then someone asked Em and she said the same exact thing.

i love oatmeal, but i'm not sure i get a pleasurable chemical response when i hear the word.

it just happens...wherever the word is said around me, i immediately hear it, lose attention to what i was doing, and think about eating it and all its goodness and wholesomeness!
