Dear Mother of God.

How the two people on the driver's side walked away without any real injuries is beyond me.

Thank Lourdes that you all are ok and getting settled in despite that much of a mess.

That letter is awesome..a little bit of FUCK YOU but just enough to still be a professional letter :)

I read The Consumerist (it's one of the Gawker blogs) on a regular basis, and this is one of their recommended ways of dealing with poor service. People start to pay attention when the CEO gets a letter.

And luckily, the car did exactly what it was supposed to do. The way the frame is built, it sends all the impact to the rear of the car. When we opened the trunk to get stuff out, it was worse than the side of the car. Those Korean car-makers sure did their job! :)

Those bastards at Liberty Mutual had better reimburse us. Or there will be Hell to pay. (insert "dun dun dun" noise here)

Oh my god thank goodness everyone is okay. But I'm sorry that you had to deal with people not willing to take the time to make sure that you are taken care of. I wish you much happier times and glad to hear that Tonka is loving the snow.

Sorry I never got to say goodbye, but since mostly we know each other through LJ, I am glad I'll be able to keep up with you. :)

::hugs::

I'm going to try to be better about my LJ now that I'm hundreds of miles away from my home. Wish me luck!

And thanks for the well-wishes!

Oh Stephen.
You have stories that will last ten lifetimes.
That photo is scary! You poor thing!

I'm glad you're happy - even after that craaazy ordeal. Make sure you post often because I'll need another Stephen-fix soon! ♥

Don't worry. My next mission is pictures of our place (once all the boxes are gone) and pictures of the Rocky Mountains. If you walk one block south of our complex and look right, you can see them to the west. It's great!

First, I am glad that everyone is ok.
Second, Oh my word! You were trapped in Junction City, Kansas! It's where John Cameron Mitchell used to live, and the setting he borrowed to express tranny ennui in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
You totally should have sang "Wig in a Box."

although I can see why not have been able to.
I don't mean to seem insensitive.

LOL, the Hedwig connection never crossed my mind. If I had made that connection, I would have made one of our nights a Hedwig night. But now at least I can see why John Cameron Mitchell left that town. Good God, it's boring. And full of trailer parks.
