i hate charmin commercials. yeah i get it, it plays on the whole 'do bears shit in the woods' thing, which consequently, i wouldn't have even heard of if an old lady i worked with hadn't been visiting her son in alaska and sent a postcard to work that said that on the front. of course it said sh*t or something. i assume it was shit, though it ( Read more... )

I've always thought Colbert's interviews are hilarious. Much more so than Stewart's. But during his more serious moments, Stewart's interviews rival that of anyone on TV. Except Katie Couric of course. She's a hard-hitter.

The best interviews are when he does Congressmen in the 433-part series: Better Know a District. Those are taped and edited so it's not a good comparison to the taped-live interview, but still as funny as anything on late-night TV.
