today i bought new shoes and then ran in them. i was shopping around at gabes since i'm a cheap bastard, and i found a pair of bright yellow nike free running shoes. the whole premise behind their free shoes are that it is like running barefoot, and the shoe moves the exact same way your foot does. now i'm no fan of barefoot running - i'm also
