Not all English majors get to be writers
English majors can't expect to graduate and become 'writers.' There are too many good writers and a lot of great writers. Grumbles and such.

You know what annoys me the most about Groovin' on the Grounds? High school kids call it "the concert."

Exams are over for me as of today. I'd like to do something Friday, be sociable and whatnot. Anyone want to be my friend tomorrow night?

As of Friday, when someone asks me what I do, I can reply with confidence, "I'm a writer." No if, ands, or buts. I quit Bellsouth when I was hired as a writer for The Online Reporter. Yes, I will continue to write for Tiger Weekly as well ( Read more... )
