Phone call out of the blue from my Dad. My uncle Edwin has died suddenly - an aneurism, apparently. That's all we know.

I last saw him on the occasion of my paternal Grandfather's funeral, nearly two years ago. I wasn't particularly close to him, but right now I'm just feeling shocked. It feels a little unreal.
